Paper Bag Making Activity at Runal Gateway

On account of Paper Bag Day which falls on July 12, we conducted activities for our students at Runal Gateway site.

A drawing was made on the blackboard to depict the Earth telling mankind to stop using plastic.

Students observed a No Plastic Day, as a symbol of which, they drew a right mark on paper bags and a wrong mark on plastic containers.

Paper Bag Making Activity at Skyline Class

On account of Paper Bag Day, we decided to get our students to learn something creative while also raising their awareness about the environment.

While we use plastic bags, we seldom think of the pollution that plastic waste leads to. Plastic pollution is a serious problem, which can be curbed only if we and our future generations stop using plastic.

Paper Bag day is a reminder to shun usage of plastic bags and go for paper bags instead.

At Skyline Class, our students learned to make paper bags. They made a paper bag each and wrote their name on it. This activity encouraged the use of paper bags and made the children aware of the harmful effects of using plastic.
